Advance Payment as Security for Products

To ensure the safety and reservation of your products, we require advance payment at the time of placing the order. This helps secure the product for you and confirms your commitment to the purchase. Once the payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped accordingly.

Return / Refund of Your Product

Get Number Plate products are eligible for replacements only if the issue is brought to our notice within 7 days of order delivery. Replacements will be authorized after a thorough investigation by our team, and as per our discretion.

The replacement will be processed within 2 to 5 days after receiving the product to be replaced. We assure you that the replacement process will be handled efficiently within this time frame.

When Can You Apply for a Replacement?

You can request a replacement if any of the following issues occur:

  • The product is broken or has undergone major damage or defects.

  • Damage during foiling, such as partially foiled areas or serious scratches on the foiling.

  • Incorrect product received—i.e., if the registration number or plate size is different from what you ordered due to a defect in the punching process.

  • Serious damage during shipping.

How Do You Replace My Product(s)?

To apply for a return or replacement, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.

  2. To initiate a return/replacement, you can reach out to us via any of the following channels:

    • Email: Send an email to getnumberplate@gmail.com with the reason for the return and clear pictures of the damage/issue.

    • WhatsApp/Phone: Contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or phone at (+91) 88249 09188.

As we currently do not offer a reverse pickup service, you will need to ship the product(s) back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping Costs and Coupon Code

  • Courier Charges: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (maximum of Rs. 100). However, we will refund this amount to you in the form of a Coupon Code, which can be used for future orders.

  • To claim the return shipping cost, please send the picture of the courier slip via email or WhatsApp.

Defective Products

If you have received a defective product, please do not return it to us until confirmed by our Customer Care team. Instead, please send us clear images of the product’s defects at getnumberplate@gmail.com, and we will assist you further.
