2. How do I place an order?

  4. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

3. How do I pay for my order?

We accept several payment methods for your convenience:

4. Is my payment secure?

Yes! We use SSL encryption for all transactions on our website. Your payment details are securely processed through trusted gateways to ensure your data is protected.

Additionally, we require advance payment for all orders, which helps secure your product and confirms the reservation.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, it will take 2 to 5 business days to process and prepare the product for shipment.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

6. What if my product is damaged or defective?

  • We take great care to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    To request a replacement:

    1. Email us at getnumberplate@gmail.com with pictures of the damage/issue.

    2. Our team will review your case and guide you through the replacement process.

7. Can I return or exchange my product?

Our Return and Refund Policy allows for replacements if the product is defective or damaged. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are used or in non-original condition.

For a replacement request, please follow these guidelines:

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Ensure the product is unused and in the original packaging.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we will refund up to Rs. 100 for shipping charges in the form of a coupon code for future purchases.

8. How do I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

  • Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within India. If you’re looking for international delivery, please stay tuned for updates on our shipping policies.

  • Yes! We offer the option to fully customize your number plate with:

    • Custom text (e.g., your vehicle’s registration number)

    • Design options (color, font, and style)

    • Personalized graphics (optional)

    Once you place your order, our team will ensure that your design is created according to your specifications.

14. How do I know if my custom plate is accepted?

  • Our plates are designed to be fully compliant with regulations. However, if you’re concerned, you can always check with the local authorities for specific guidelines in your area. We also make sure the designs are legible and fit standard dimensions for registration plates.

15. What happens if I provide the wrong details for my number plate?

  • If you make a mistake while placing your order, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp. We will do our best to correct the details before the plate is processed. After the plate is made, we may not be able to change the details, so please double-check your order before confirming.
